Amish Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. - Fryer chicken pieces
  2. 2 cups - Vinegar
  3. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  4. - Bisquick
  5. - Paprika
  6. - Butter
  7. - Vegetable oil

Directions:

Soak fryer chicken pieces in 2 cups of water plus vinegar and salt for several hours. Drain.

Roll chicken in Bisquick and sprinkle with paprika.

Melt butter and vegetable oil in bottom of roasting pan. Add 2 tablespoons of water. Lay chicken in pan and cover with lid. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes.
