Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoons - oleo
- 2 ounces - mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 cups - pesto
- 1 - large tomato chopped
- 1 tablespoons - grated lemon peel
- 8 ounces - angel hair pasta cooked
- 2 tablespoons - olive oil
- 1/2 pounds - cooked crab meat
- - grated Parmesan
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in oleo. Mix in pesto, tomato and lemon peel.
Toss cooked pasta with olive oil; add mushroom mixture and stir in the crab meat. Pass the Parmesan.
