Brief Description
These are really anything egg rolls, because you choose what to fill them with! In this case I made them Cheeseburger, other times I’ve made them Mexican (taco seasoning, corn, black beans)!

Number of Servings:
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 pounds - Ground Beef (or ground meat of your choosing)
- 1 cups - Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 cups - Diced Pickles
- 1 pinchs - Hamburger seasoning, salt, pepper, any spices you would like
- 1 packages - Egg Roll Wrappers Generally found in the refrigerated section with fresh vegetables or cheeses
Directions:
Brown your hamburger meat, add spices and seasonings.
Remove from heat.
Add in cheese and pickles.
Please a heaping spoonful onto 1 egg roll wrap.
Wrap bottom corner around meat, fold in both sides, wet the remaining corner with water (I usually have a little cup of water and basting brush handy) so that when you fold it over it sticks together.
Bake in oven OR air fryer at 400 degrees.
Cook 8-10 minutes on each side.
Dip in your favorite hamburger toppings! (Ketchup, Mustard, Thousand island, etc)
