Apple Pie Filling Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cans - 21 oz. apple pie filling
  2. 1/2 cups - firmly packed brown sugar
  3. 1 boxes - 18.25 oz. butter-pecan cake mix
  4. 1 cups - butter cubed
  5. 1 cups - chopped pecans

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 13-x-9-x-2-inch baking dish.

2. Spoon apple pie filling into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with brown sugar. Spread dry cake mix over brown sugar and apples. Do not stir. Sprinkle cubed butter over cake mix.

3. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with pecans. Return to oven and bake for 15 minutes.
