Apple Waldorf Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 2 - Apples
  2. 1/2 cups - Celery Chopped
  3. 1 tablespoons - Orange juice
  4. 1/4 cups - Low fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  5. 1/2 cups - Raisins
  6. 1/4 cups - Walnuts Chopped (optional)

Directions:

Wash, core, and dice the apples. Place the apples in a large mixing bowl with the orange juice and mix well. Add all other ingredients to the apples and toss gently.
