Artichoke Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - chicken breast halves boneless, skinless
  2. 1 cans - artichoke hearts 14 oz.
  3. 3/4 cups - Parmesan cheese grated
  4. 3/4 cups - mayonnaise
  5. 1 dashes - garlic powder

Directions:

Drain and chop the artichoke hearts. In a bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, cheese, mayonnaise and garlic powder. Place chicken in a greased 11x7x2 inch baking dish. Spread with artichoke mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear.
