Ingredients:
- 1 cups - Milk
- 1/4 cups - Butter
- 1 cups - All-purpose Flour
- 4 - Eggs, Large
- 1 cups - Cheddar Cheese, Mild or Sharp Shredded
- 8 slices - Bacon Cooked crisp, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoons - Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
In medium saucepan heat milk and butter together until butter is melted and mixture is simmering.
Add flour all at once, continue cooking, while stirring continuously with a wooden spoon, until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat.
Beat in 1 egg making sure mixture is smooth. Repeat using 1 egg at a time. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop by heaping teaspoons onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
