Ingredients:
- 1 packages - 8-count large refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 - eggs
- 1 packages - bacon
- 8 slices - cheese
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees F or temperature required for baking the biscuits.
Spray muffin tins with cooking spray. Break one egg into each muffin spot and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place biscuits on baking sheet.
Place muffin tins with eggs and the biscuits in the oven on the same rack.
Bake 15-20 minutes, depending on heat of oven, size of biscuits and desired doneness of eggs.
Meanwhile, cook bacon in skillet; keep warm until ready to serve.
Split biscuits in half, top one half with baked egg, bacon slices and a slice of cheese. Place top of biscuit on top and enjoy.
Serve with fresh fruit.
