Bacon Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 pounds - ground venison
  2. 1 - small onion minced
  3. 2 - eggs
  4. 14 ounces - can diced tomatoes
  5. 1/4 cups - green pepper diced
  6. 2 slices - bread cubed
  7. dashes - pepper
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  9. 2 teaspoons - chili powder
  10. 2 cloves - garlic minced
  11. 4 slices - thick bacon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, place all ingredients except bacon. Mix and place in loaf pan. Pat it flat and layer the bacon strips over the top of the loaf. Place loaf on a cookie sheet to catch any drops. Bake for 90 mins.
