    It's never specified what kind of fish to use with this recipe, but I personally prefer to use halibut or another white fish.

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - butter
  2. 3 tablespoons - soy sauce
  3. 1 tablespoons - lemon juice
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - dill weed
  5. 1 - clove garlic minced
  6. 1 teaspoons - oregano
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - thyme
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - rosemary
  9. 1/4 teaspoons - taragon
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - basil
  11. 1 cups - mushrooms sliced
  12. 1/2 cups - green onions sliced
  13. 1 pounds - fish fillets

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375˚
Melt the butter, add the soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs.
Saute in herb butter: mushrooms and green onions.
Place fish in baking dish, pour the herb butter over, and bake.
