Baked Trout Fillets

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - trout fillets
  2. 8 ounces - sour cream
  3. 1/4 cups - grated Parmesan cheese
  4. 1 tablespoons - lemon juice
  5. 1 tablespoons - onion finely chopped
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  7. - paprika

Directions:

Place the fish in a greased shallow 3 qt baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, onion and salt; spread over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20-25 mins or until fish flakes easily with fork.
