Barbeque Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - ground venison
  2. 1 - onion minced
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons - butter
  4. 1 - egg
  5. 1/2 cups - soft bread crumbs
  6. 1/2 cups - tomato sauce
  7. 1 teaspoons - salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
  9. 1 1/2 cups - tomato sauce BBQ Sauce
  10. 1/2 cups - water BBQ Sauce
  11. 2 1/2 tablespoons - worcestershire sauce BBQ sauce
  12. 2 tablespoons - mustard BBQ sauce
  13. 3 tablespoons - brown sugar BBQ sauce
  14. 2 tablespoons - cider vinegar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in skillet. Add onion and cook until softened. Combine with other ingredients in large bowl. Mix well and form into loaf. Bake in large, greased loaf pan for 40 mins. Remove and add half of sauce to coat, and return to oven for an additional 10 mins. Take out and baste with additional sauce and put back in oven for an additional 10 mins.
Sauce: Heat all ingredients in saucepan over med heat, stirring until will blended. Use on meatloaf as described above.
