Basil Peas and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  1. 2 - medium green onions, chopped
  2. 1 tablespoons - margarine
  3. 1 tablespoons - snipped fresh basil OR 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1/8 teaspoons - pepper
  6. 14 1/2 ounces - peas, drained
  7. 14 1/2 ounces - sliced carrots, drained
  8. 4 ounces - mushrooms, drained

Directions:

In a saucepan cook the mushrooms and onion in margarine until onion is tender but not brown. Stir in basil, salt and pepper. Add carrots and peas. Heat through. Serve immediately.
