Bean Sprout Almond Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - fresh or canned bean sprouts rinsed and drained
  2. 1/2 cups - sliced celery
  3. 1/2 cups - sliced natural almonds toasted
  4. 2 tablespoons - chopped green pepper
  5. 2 tablespoons - sliced green onions
  6. 1/4 cups - mayonnaise
  7. 1 tablespoons - lime or lemon juice
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - honey
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - paprika
  10. 1/8 teaspoons - ground ginger
  11. - salad greens

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except salad greens. Toss to mix thoroughly; chill.

Line plates with salad greens. Top with bean sprout mixture. Dust with additional paprika, if desired.
