Ingredients:
- 2 cups - fresh or canned bean sprouts rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cups - sliced celery
- 1/2 cups - sliced natural almonds toasted
- 2 tablespoons - chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons - sliced green onions
- 1/4 cups - mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoons - lime or lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoons - honey
- 1/2 teaspoons - paprika
- 1/8 teaspoons - ground ginger
- - salad greens
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except salad greens. Toss to mix thoroughly; chill.
Line plates with salad greens. Top with bean sprout mixture. Dust with additional paprika, if desired.
