Beef & Broccoli Slaw Wraps

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - 80% lean ground beef
  2. 1/4 cups - Onion Finely chopped
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
  5. 3 cups - Packaged broccoli or cabbage slaw mix
  6. 1/4 cups - Hoison sauce
  7. 4 - Medium flour tortillas Warmed

Directions:

1 . In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking beef up into 1/2-inch crumbles. Pour off drippings. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in slaw mix and 1/4 cup hoisin sauce; heat through.
2. Spoon 1/4 of beef mixture (approximately 1 cup) in a row across center of each tortilla to within 1 1/2 inches of right and left edges. Fold right and left edges of tortilla over filling, fold bottom edge up over filling, then roll up, jelly-roll fashion. Cut crosswise in half, if desired. Serve with hoisin sauce, if desired.
