Beer Butt Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - large chicken fryer
  2. - Cajun seasoning
  3. 1 cans - beer

Directions:

Season fryer inside and out with Cajun seasoning.

Pour 1/2 can of beer into baking pan. Stand fryer up in pan with half-full can of beer inserted in butt end of fryer.

Bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees F.
