Beer Butt Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. - Whole chicken
  2. - can of beer
  3. - salt and pepper
  4. - dry rub
  5. 3 - garlic cloves

Directions:

Empty half the beer from the can, then place the can in a metal stand. Salt and pepeer the interior of the chicken, then rub its skin with your favorite dry rub. Pop a few garlic cloves in with the beer, add a half cup of water to the pan in which the contraption sits, then add the chicken legs down over the beer can and holder.

Cook (grill or oven) about 90 minutes.
