Ingredients:
- 1 whole - 9
- 4 cups - blueberries
- 1 cups - sugar
- 2 tablespoons - flour
- 2 tablespoons - cornstarch
- 1 dashes - lemon juice
- 1 dashes - cinnamon
- 8 - cream cheese softened
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla
- 2 whole - large eggs
- 1/2 cups - heavy cream
Directions:
Mash a few of the berries to make juice and mix together with sugar, flour, and cornstarch, together with lemon juice and cinnamon to taste. Spoon into unbaked pie shell and bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. While pie is baking, beat cream cheese with vanilla, eggs, and cream. When pie is done, remove and pour mixture over berries. Put back in a 350 degrees oven and bake for 45 minutes.
