Blueberry Jello Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 2 packages - 3 oz. blueberry jello
  2. 2 cups - blueberries
  3. 2 cups - boiling water
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla
  5. 1/2 cups - chopped pecans
  6. 1 cans - 8 oz. crushed pineapple drained
  7. 1 packages - 8 oz. cream cheese
  8. 1/2 cups - sugar
  9. 1/2 pints - sour cream

Directions:

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain fruit, measure liquid and add enough water to make one cup. Add to gelatin mixture. Stir in fruit. Pour into 2 quart flat plan. Cover, place in refrigerator until firm. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Spread over jello. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
