Blueberry Peach Crisp

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - flour
  2. 1 teaspoons - baking powder
  3. 1 whole - egg
  4. 3 cups - fresh peaches peeled and sliced
  5. 2 tablespoons - sugar
  6. 3/4 cups - sugar
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  8. 2 cups - fresh blueberries
  9. 1/4 cups - melted butter
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - cinnamon

Directions:

Combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium size bowl. Stir in unbeaten egg. Mix with fork until crumbly. Place blueberries and peaches in a 2 quart buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbled topping. Drizzle melted butter over topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until top is well browned.
