I love to serve this with yogurt. I usually only add a tiny bit of stevia. The most nutritious nuts are those soaked overnight then dried.

Ingredients:
- 1 cups - raw almonds
- 1 cups - raw walnuts
- 1 cups - raw pecans
- 1 cups - pine nuts
- 1 cups - raw unsweetened shaved coconut
- 1 sticks - butter melted
- 1 teaspoons - stevia
- 1 cups - almond butter or Valencia peanut butter
- 1 cups - raw cacao nibs
Directions:
Melt the butter and add the stevia and almond butter. Pour butter mix over nuts. Add cocoa nibs. Mix and let set.
