Brisket Tacos

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - Brisket
  2. 6 - Green Onions Whole, trim top & bottom
  3. 8 cloves - Garlic Peeled & Crushed
  4. 6 - Limes Halved
  5. 1 cups - Kosher Salt
  6. 1/2 cups - Whole Pepper Corn
  7. 1/2 cups - Chipotle Powder
  8. 1/2 cups - Chili Powder
  9. 1/2 cups - Paprika
  10. 1 cups - Sazanador Seasoning

Directions:

Put brisket in crock-pot
Add all ingredients
Add water until brisket is covered
Boil for 3 hours
Let rest for 1 hour in broth
Remove from pot, trim all fat
Shred meat with fork
Add 5 cups of broth back to the meat in whatever storage container used
