Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - ground venison
  2. 3 cups - instant potato flakes
  3. 16 ounces - sour cream
  4. 1/2 cups - water
  5. 1/4 cups - onion chopped
  6. 15 ounces - can tomato sauce
  7. 15 ounces - can whole kernal corn drained
  8. 1/2 cups - water
  9. 1 teaspoons - garlic powder
  10. 1 tablespoons - brown sugar
  11. 1 teaspoons - ground cumin
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  13. - pepper
  14. 1 cups - cheddar cheese shredded

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. In large casserole, mix potato flakes, sour cream, garlic powder and 1/2 c. water to create a crumbly mixture. Press firmly into bottom of pan to form crust. In skillet, brown venison and onion, drain fat. Add 1/2 c. water and remaining ingredients except cheese. Layer the venison mixture over the potato mixture in baking pan. Cover the top with cheese. Bake for 25-30 mins.
