Bunny's Pound Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 3 sticks - butter break up, at room temperature
  2. 3 cups - sugar
  3. 6 - eggs
  4. 4 tablespoons - vanilla
  5. 3 cups - Swan's cake flour sifted twice
  6. 8 ounces - whipping cream
  7. 2 tablespoons - butter
  8. 1 cups - powdered sugar
  9. 1/8 cups - water plus more as needed
  10. 1 tablespoons - lemon juice

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Beat butter and sugar together for 10 minutes, using spatula to scrape sides down often.

Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add whipping cream and flour at the same time.

Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake for 1 hour.

For Icing:
Beat together butter, sugar, lemon juice, and water; adding more water as needed to desired consistency. Drizzle over cake.
