Ingredients:
- 6 - butterflied venison loins
- 3 ounces - steak sauce
- 1 ounces - soy sauce
- 1 ounces - worcestershire sauce
- - pre-cooked bacon
- - monterey jack cheese
- - Montreal Steak Seasoning
Directions:
Marinate 6-8 butterflied venison loins in steak sauce, worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Let stand for at least for hours. Individually wrap each loin with pre-cooked bacon, adding a 1 in piece of monterey jack cheese between the butterflied loins. Tighlty wrap and place a toothpick through the loin to secure. Grill 10-16 mins or Broil 18 mins at 450.
