Ingredients:
- 1 cups - buttermilk
- 1/2 cups - mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoons - dried mustard
- 1 tablespoons - chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoons - dried dill
- - salt and pepper
- 4 - thin-cut chicken breast cutlets
- 2 tablespoons - oil
Directions:
Combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, dried mustard, fresh chives, dill, salt and pepper. Toss with the chicken breast cutlets and allow to marinate in fridge for 45 minutes or overnight.
In a large, nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat; brown cutlets on both sides until cooked through, about 7 minutes.
