Buttermilk Ranch Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - buttermilk
  2. 1/2 cups - mayonnaise
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - dried mustard
  4. 1 tablespoons - chopped fresh chives
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - dried dill
  6. - salt and pepper
  7. 4 - thin-cut chicken breast cutlets
  8. 2 tablespoons - oil

Directions:

Combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, dried mustard, fresh chives, dill, salt and pepper. Toss with the chicken breast cutlets and allow to marinate in fridge for 45 minutes or overnight.

In a large, nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat; brown cutlets on both sides until cooked through, about 7 minutes.
