Ingredients:
- 3/4 pounds - extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 cups - onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoons - dried basil leaves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder
- 10 1/2 ounces - Beef Gravy
- 9 ounces - frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 1/2 cups - dry rotini pasta, cooked according to package directions without salt
Directions:
Cook the beef, onion, basil and garlic powder in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
Stir the gravy and vegetables in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in the rotini and cook until the beef mixture is hot and bubbling.
