Ingredients:

  1. - bacon
  2. - chopped or sliced onion
  3. - ham steak chopped
  4. - butter
  5. - cooked vermicelli noodles
  6. 4 - egg yolks
  7. - chicken broth
  8. - parmesan cheese

Directions:

Fry the bacon. Saute onions with bacon. Warm up ham steak in pan as well.

Add butter, if necessary.

In large skillet place cooked vermicelli, butter, and egg yolks; cook egg yolks. Add chicken broth to keep from sticking.

Stir in parmesan, then add bacon, onions and ham.
