Ingredients:
- 2 cups - flour
- 2 cups - sugar
- 2 teaspoons - baking soda
- 4 - eggs
- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 2 teaspoons - cinnamon
- 1 1/3 cups - oil
- 3 cups - grated carrots
- 8 ounces - cream cheese softened
- 1 boxes - powdered sugar
- 1 sticks - butter softened
- 2 teaspoons - vanilla
- 1/2 cups - chopped nuts
Directions:
FOR CAKE:
Sift together dry ingredients, add oil, and then eggs one at a time.
Fold in the carrots. Bake in two 9-inch layer pans at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
