Carrot Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cans - #10 (number ten) cans sliced carrots
  2. 3 - onions diced
  3. 2 cans - cream of mushroom soup
  4. 1/2 blocks - cream cheese
  5. 1/2 pounds - butter
  6. - salt
  7. - pepper
  8. - granulated garlic
  9. - crushed croutons or crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:

1) Sauté carrots with butter, salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Set aside and let cool.

2) Sauté onions with butter until tender. Add mushroom soup, cream cheese, ½ lbs. butter, salt and pepper.

3) Add carrot to mixture

4) Put in 2” pan and top with crushed croutons or crushed Ritz crackers

5) Bake at 350 for 20 mins.
