Cauliflower Walnut Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 1 heads - cauliflower cored, diced
  2. 1 1/4 cups - sour cream
  3. 1 tablespoons - flour
  4. 1 cups - grated cheddar cheese
  5. 2 tablespoons - chicken stock base
  6. 1 teaspoons - dry mustard
  7. 1/4 cups - chopped pecans
  8. 1/4 cups - dry bread crumbs
  9. 1 tablespoons - melted butter
  10. 1 teaspoons - marjoram
  11. 1/4 teaspoons - onion salt

Directions:

Cook cauliflower in 1 inch salted water until tender. Drain and place in baking dish.

Combine sour cream, flour, cheese, chicken stock and mustard. Pour over cauliflower.

Combine pecans, bread crumbs, butter, marjoram and onion salt. Sprinkle over casserole.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
