Cheese Pineapple Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - sugar
  2. 6 tablespoons - flour
  3. 1 cups - pineapple juice
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  5. 2 - eggs
  6. 3 tablespoons - (or 4 Tbsp) vinegar according to preferred taste
  7. 1 cans - crushed pineapple drained
  8. 1 1/2 pounds - American or preferred cheese grated

Directions:

Cook sugar, flour, pineapple juice, salt, eggs and vinegar in a saucepan into a custard, stirring constantly.

When thick, add the crushed pineapple (drained). Set aside to cool.

Grate cheese (any kind you prefer). In a serving dish, place a layer of the custard sauce, then layer of cheese, then another layer of sauce. Finish with cheese on top.

Use as much as you wish; no set amount.
