Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients:

  1. 8 cups - Potatoes, sliced and cooked Divided use
  2. 1/2 cups - Onion Chopped
  3. 1 cans - Cream of mushroom soup
  4. 1 1/2 cups - Grated cheddar cheese
  5. 1/4 cups - Milk
  6. 1/4 cups - Melted butter
  7. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  8. 1 dashes - Pepper

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 375.
2. Spread 4 C of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
3. Combine onion, mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, milk, butter, salt and pepper.
4. Pour 1/2 of the mixture over the potatoes.
5. Repeat layers.
6. Cover and bake for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
