Ingredients:
- 6 ounces - cherry jell-o
- 2 cups - hot water
- 1 cups - cold water
- 21 ounces - cherry pie filling
- 8 ounces - cream cheese
- 8 ounces - pineapple tidbits, don't drain off pineapple juice
- - Nuts, optional
Directions:
Add 2 cups boiling water to the cherry jell-o packages.
Stir until dissolved, for at least two minutes.
Add 1 cup cold water and cherry pie filling. Chill until set.
Mix together cream cheese and pineapple (with juice). Spread together on top set jell-o.
