Brief Description
Anywhere else in the country, you might see this labeled as a chutney, but here in Texas we throw in a Jalapeño and call it Salsa. This is great served with Organic Corn chips or spooned over Fish or Chicken to add a nutrition packed and flavorful punch.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups - Cherries, Pitted and roughly chopped
- 1 whole - Jalapeno Pepper, seeds removed
- 1/4 cups - Cilantro, chopped Feel free to edit the amount of this ingredient to your taste
- 1/4 cups - Onion, finely chopped I us Red Onion, but any will do
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and let refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. (Salsas are always better when the flavors have time to marry a bit.)
