Chia Yogurt Power Bowl

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - non fat Greek yogurt
  2. 1 1/2 cups - milk (any kind)
  3. 1/4 cups - chia seeds
  4. 2 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  5. 3 tablespoons - honey
  6. - Blue berries, pecans, chia seeds (Optional topping)

Directions:

In a large bowl or Tupperware, mix together all ingredients. Let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve with nutrient-packed toppings such as WholeMe, blueberries, pecans, chia seeds, and lemon zest.
