Chicken and Rice Bake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup
  2. 1 cups - water
  3. 1 cups - uncooked regular white rice
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - paprika
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
  6. 4 - skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions:

In a 2-quart shallow baking dish, mix together soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper.

Place chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper.

Cover and bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes or until done.
