Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - Parmesan & Romano cheese grated
  2. 1 tablespoons - diced sweet green peppers
  3. 2 tablespoons - gold carrots chopped
  4. 2 ounces - boneless chicken breast
  5. 1 cups - long grain brown rice cooked
  6. 1 cups - chicken broth 99% fat free

Directions:

Prepare chicken (boil, grill, etc.).

Prepare vegetables (grill, boil, steam, etc.).

Prepare rice.

Add chicken, vegetables, and rice to heated chicken broth; then top with Romano/Parmesan cheese and enjoy.
