Chicken and Stuffing

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - to 3 pounds of chicken pieces
  2. 3 tablespoons - soft margarine
  3. 3 tablespoons - flour
  4. 1 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1 teaspoons - poultry seasoning
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - paprika
  7. 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup
  8. 1 cans - 6 oz. OR 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  9. 1/2 cups - water
  10. 1 packages - stuffing

Directions:

Place chicken skin-side up in baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Mix rest of ingredients, except for stuffing, and pour over chicken.

Bake for 30 minutes more or until tender and cooked through.
