Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - boneless chicken breasts
  2. 2 bunches - broccoli
  3. 1 jars - 16-oz Grapeseed Oil Vegenaise (I buy the large jar at Sunflower Shoppe)
  4. 8 ounces - shredded raw Monterey Jack cheese
  5. 1 bunches - green onions, sliced
  6. 1 teaspoons - garlic powder
  7. 2 tablespoons - multipurpose seasoning
  8. 1 1/2 cups - chopped raw almonds
  9. 1/2 sticks - butter
  10. - Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Boil chicken until tender.  Season and cut into cubes. Steam broccoli and drain.  Combine all ingredients, except almonds and butter.  Mix well.  Press mixture into 9×13 baking dish.  Sprinkle with almonds.  Drizzle with butter.  Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.  Let stand about 5 minutes.
