Ingredients:

  1. 200 grams - potatoes cut into chunks
  2. 200 grams - carrot cut into chunks
  3. 2 packages - WOW Sarap All- in- One Seasoning Granules
  4. 1 kilograms - chicken cut into serving portions
  5. 4 cloves - cloves garlic crushed
  6. 1 pieces - small onion sliced
  7. 1 pieces - small ginger sliced
  8. 2 tablespoons - Curry Powder
  9. 1 pieces - medium red bell pepper sliced
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - Ground Pepper
  11. 1/4 cups - Corn Oil
  12. 45 grams - coconut milk dissolved in 1 cup chicken broth or water

Directions:

Sprinkle potatoes and carrot with half of WOW Sarap Seasonings. Fry in Golden Fiesta corn oil until cooked. Set aside.

Retain only 2 Tbsp of oil in pan. Season chicken with remaining WOW Sarap Seasonings. Set aside.

Saute garlic, onion , ginger and chicken for 15 minutes. Add UFC Curry Powder and UFC Pepper. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally .
