Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - vegetable oil
- 4 - large chicken breasts
- 1 - large onion sliced
- 1 cloves - garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoons - rosemary
- 1/2 cups - water
- 1/4 cups - dry white wine
- 1 - chicken bouillon cube
- 1 - bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons - dry milk powder
- 1 tablespoons - Dijon mustard
Directions:
Saute chicken breasts in oil. Reserve.
Add onions and garlic to pan and cook until tender. Add water and seasonings. Bring to a boil quickly.
Add chicken to skillet, cover, and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove chicken to platter. Stir dry milk and mustard into sauce; thicken, and pour over chicken.
