Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - vegetable oil
  2. 4 - large chicken breasts
  3. 1 - large onion sliced
  4. 1 cloves - garlic minced
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - rosemary
  6. 1/2 cups - water
  7. 1/4 cups - dry white wine
  8. 1 - chicken bouillon cube
  9. 1 - bay leaf
  10. 2 tablespoons - dry milk powder
  11. 1 tablespoons - Dijon mustard

Directions:

Saute chicken breasts in oil. Reserve.

Add onions and garlic to pan and cook until tender. Add water and seasonings. Bring to a boil quickly.

Add chicken to skillet, cover, and cook for 30 minutes.

Remove chicken to platter. Stir dry milk and mustard into sauce; thicken, and pour over chicken.
