Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - long-grain rice (uncooked)
  2. 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup
  3. 1 cans - cream of chicken soup
  4. 1 cans - sliced mushrooms
  5. 2 1/2 cups - water
  6. - melted butter
  7. 1 tablespoons - salt
  8. 1 teaspoons - Ac'cent seasoning
  9. 1 - fryer cut up

Directions:

Combine rice, soup, mushrooms and water in casserole.

Add salt and Ac'cent to melted butter. Thoroughly coat each piece of chicken with melted butter. Lay chicken pieces skin side up on rice mixture (all ingredients are uncooked).

Bake for 1-1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees F.
