Chicken Supreme

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - fryer cut up
  2. 1 cups - uncooked rice
  3. 1 cans - cream of celery soup
  4. 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup
  5. 2/3 cups - milk
  6. 1 packages - onion soup mix
  7. 3/4 tablespoons - instant chicken bouillon

Directions:

Grease a large baking dish. Cover bottom with the rice.

Lay over that the pieces of chicken.

In a pan, combine soups, milk, bouillon and bring almost to a boil. Pour over chicken.

Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the top.

Bake for 1-1/2 hours at 300 degrees F, covered. Then uncover and bake for an additional 1/2 hour.
