Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 cups - water
  2. 6 1/2 tablespoons - Parmesan cheese
  3. 4 cups - cooked spaghetti
  4. 2 cans - 5 oz. chicken undrained
  5. 2 teaspoons - dried parsley flakes
  6. 1/4 cups - chopped sweet red peppers or pimento optional
  7. 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

Combine soup, water and cheese in a pan over low heat, and heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.

Add spaghetti, chicken, peppers and parsley. Heat through, stirring occasionally.
