Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - ground beef
  2. 1/2 cups - dry bread crumbs
  3. 1/3 cups - minced onion
  4. 1/4 cups - milk
  5. 1 - egg
  6. 1 tablespoons - snipped parsley
  7. 1 teaspoons - salt
  8. 1/8 teaspoons - pepper
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
  10. 1/4 cups - shortening
  11. 1 bottles - 12 oz. chili sauce
  12. 1 jars - 10 oz. grape jelly

Directions:

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg and next 4 ingredients (through Worcestershire sauce). Gently shape into 1-inch balls.

Melt shortening in large skillet. Brown meatballs. Remove meatballs from skillet; pour off fat.

Heat chili sauce and jelly in skillet, stirring constantly until jelly is melted. Add meatballs and stir until thoroughly coated. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
