Corn, Cheese and Green Chili Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - fresh kernel corn
  2. 1 sticks - butter melted
  3. 2 - eggs beaten
  4. 1/2 cups - yellow cornmeal
  5. 1 teaspoons - salt
  6. 1 cups - sour cream
  7. 2 cups - diced Monterey Jack cheese
  8. 10 ounces - green chilies peeled, diced

Directions:

Place corn in mixing bowl; add all other ingredients together and pour into greased casserole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 60 minutes.
