Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/4 cups - All purpose flour
  2. 3/4 cups - Cornmeal
  3. 1/2 cups - Sugar
  4. 1 tablespoons - Baking powder
  5. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  6. 2 - Eggs
  7. 2 tablespoons - Honey
  8. 3/4 cups - Milk
  9. 1/2 cups - Unsalted butter (melted & cooled)

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350
2. In a bowl whisk the eggs
3. Whisk in honey & milk, then set aside
4. In another bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder & salt
5. Add milk mixture & butter to the dry ingredients & mix well but do no over mix
6. Pour mixture over a greased 8 inch square pan
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes
