Country Club Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - long grain and wild rice cooked
  2. 4 - cooked boneless chicken breasts
  3. 1 - green bell pepper diced
  4. 1 cups - celery diced
  5. 2 cans - sliced water chestnuts
  6. 1 - onion finely diced
  7. 2 cans - cream of chicken soup
  8. 3/4 cups - mayonnaise
  9. 1/2 cups - to 1 cup finely crushed potato chips OR whole almonds

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight or for several hours.

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 325 degrees F.
