Ingredients:
- 1 packages - long grain and wild rice cooked
- 4 - cooked boneless chicken breasts
- 1 - green bell pepper diced
- 1 cups - celery diced
- 2 cans - sliced water chestnuts
- 1 - onion finely diced
- 2 cans - cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cups - mayonnaise
- 1/2 cups - to 1 cup finely crushed potato chips OR whole almonds
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight or for several hours.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 325 degrees F.
