Ingredients:
- 20 ounces - pineapple slices
- 1/2 cups - brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons - cornstarch
- 5 slices - country ham, 1/2" thick
- 1/3 cups - prepared yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoons - ground cloves
- 2 teaspoons - margarine
Directions:
Drain pineapple slices, reserving juice. Combine reserved juice, brown sugar, mustard, cornstarch and cloves in medium saucepan; stir until blended. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce boils and thickens. Add pineapple slices. Heat through.
Cook ham in margarine. Serve with sauce.
